The word Parvati in Indian mythology means "daughters of the mountain" and Nanda is indeed a deity. The characteristic of this collection is the use of brightly colored woods that refer to the psychedelic culture of the 60s, a period in which several artists made trips to India and brought innovations by mixing them with Western style.
