Shipping and Assembly
Whatever product you have purchased, we want you to have the best service. All our products travel insured.
Standard Shipping is always at street level and the order always travels covered by insurance. It is possible to have the goods delivered to any address by specifying the complete data at the time of the order.
Furthermore, for all products marked with the appropriate logo, it is possible to request:
- - delivery to the floor
- - assembly and collection of packaging
Usually shipments take place when all the goods are ready, but for different needs you can specify your preferences in the order notes or contact our customer service (by email or telephone): we will do everything to help you.
Standard Shipping is free for Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City) on purchases starting from € 400.
Delivery times vary depending on the size of the products purchased, compatibly with availability in stock.
Standard Shipping: The delivery of products available in stock is made by express courier within 2 working days in Italy, within 5 working days in Europe, within 6 working days for all other destinations.
In the case of bulky orders and / or particularly fragile products, the shipment is carried out by specialized couriers with delivery times varying in relation to the volume and destination of the goods.
The shipping term for an order containing items with different delivery times is equal to the longer shipping term for the items in the order. Within each product sheet are indicated the times of availability of the item from the time of order. To these must be added the standard shipping times or shipping by specialized courier indicated above, depending on the destination and the volume of the order.
For example, a product not in stock, with availability equal to 2-3 weeks, will be available in logistics within a maximum of 3 weeks from the order confirmation. From the arrival of the goods in the warehouse, the standard shipping times will be calculated with delivery within 2 working days for Italy, 5 working days in Europe and 6 working days for all other destinations.
The waiting days indicated exclude holidays and possible bridges. For products not available in stock, the days between 1st and 27th August must be excluded from the calculation of waiting times, while for products available in stock, shipments take place regularly except for 14/15/16 August.
Furthermore, in the case of products available in stock, it is possible to request collection on site, by booking an appointment.
Our staff will take care of everything for delivery to the floor and assembly. From the assembly of the pieces to the collection of the packaging and cartons of your purchases. Electrical and water connections are excluded from the service.
Shipments by sea
For some destinations and in the case of bulky items, shipping by sea is also provided. Delivery times vary depending on the destination from 2 to 5 weeks. Collection for export
It is possible to collect the products at our warehouse, even if the final destination of the goods is outside the European Union. In this case, the invoice will not include Italian VAT and the responsibility for the export declaration will fall in full on the buyer. GiorHome will only accept couriers specialized in non-EU shipments, thus refusing collection by private means or national couriers. Our Customer Service will be able to contact the courier appointed by the buyer to check the actual final destination and will be able to suspend the order until the customer has paid the VAT, which will be re-credited upon receipt of the export documents.
