KitchenAid reinvents the hob experience by combining advanced performance, intuitive sensor technology and essential design. This induction hob offers all the power and space needed to create extraordinary dishes, thanks to: - 10 induction zones - 10 independent zones - large cooking area: 90 cm. It can be installed perfectly flush with the worktop to create elegant design solutions that blend with the style of your kitchen and has numerous distinctive features: -Chef Control: divides the hob into three or four zones by activating them simultaneously on one level of preset power.
The pots can be moved from one area to another without the need to interact with the user interface. The food can thus continue to cook at different temperatures offering greater flexibility. - Dynamic Sensor function: speeds up the boiling process and warns when a pan reaches the boiling point, automatically adjusting the power to keep the temperature constant and avoid overflows. - Dynamic Surface: offers you the space and freedom to express your creativity while cooking using the entire hob. Pots and pans can be moved over the entire surface, to cook extremely efficiently, thanks to the uniform temperature distribution. With this cutting-edge hob you can also take advantage of the precious help of a sous-chef, just like in professional kitchens. The Sous-Chef function provides feedback via the user interface and a step-by-step guide through the numerous functions available (Boiling, Simmer, Keeping warm, Bain-marie, Moka, Griddle). The sensors detect the temperature of the pot, adjust it according to the selected program and constantly adjust the power level to make even the most difficult and delicate dishes. You can automatically select and use different power levels simultaneously, to easily prepare multiple dishes at the same time. A clear and intuitive display with icons and text messages complete with a Gourmet Cookbook function guides you to the creation of delicious dishes.
