Features

SWITCHING ON THE SUB-KNOB

Maximum freedom of movement with the electric ignition under the knob, a feature common to all models, which allows the flame to be activated with one hand.

AEO BURNERS

AEO burners guarantee 25% higher yields than standard solutions. The Dual burner with 2 independent crowns, controlled by a single knob, delivers from 1 to 5KW, a power found only in professional models.

SPECIAL BURNERS

Many Foster hobs are equipped with special burners, with two or three crowns of fire that greatly increase the power delivered and the surface heated directly. Furthermore, in the DUAL models the two fire crowns are independent, making these burners perfect for both intensive and delicate cooking.

SAFE COOKING

All Foster hobs are equipped with safety valves which, in the event of accidental flame extinction, interrupt the supply of gas in a very short time.

CAST IRON GRILLS

Cast iron is the perfect material for a cooktop grill due to the many properties that distinguish it: high heat capacity that improves cooking performance; weight and stability that improve safety; robustness that maintains its original appearance over time; ease of cleaning.
