POT DETECTOR

The Foster hobs not only recognize the presence of the pots, but also calculate the support surface. This system allows an even more efficient use of energy. Furthermore, when the pan is removed, the plates are automatically deactivated.

PowerBoost

It guarantees a power increase to the selected plate. In particular, when the Booster is activated, the plate works for ten minutes at a very high power which allows you to quickly heat large quantities of water.

END OF COOKING PROGRAMMING

All operations are set via touch-control commands on the glass of the hob. Each plate is equipped with independent programming that allows you to set different cooking times.

SAFETY

All Foster electric hobs are equipped with the most modern and sophisticated safety protections: Centralized shutdown; Security lock; Residual heat indicators. The induction models are also characterized by the following functions: Safety System which switches off the hob in the absence of pans; Overflow detector, which automatically turns off the plate in case of liquid overflow; Automatic deactivation, to avoid accidents caused by forgetfulness.

SMART FAN SYSTEM

Correct ventilation is essential for the optimal functioning of the induction hobs. The Foster system automatically adjusts the degree of ventilation according to the temperatures reached.
