WEIGHT ZEROING: it is possible to weigh the pan and its content by gradually zeroing the value to add other ingredients and to know the overall final weight.

TARE FUNCTION: allows you to weigh the ingredients one at a time, reviewing from scratch each time you add a new one.

HOLD FUNCTION: keeps the selected weigh in memory.

POSSIBILITY TO SELECT THE UNIT OF MEASUREMENT

The NikolaTesla Libra interface is extremely intuitive to use thanks to a single direct slider that controls the cooking and suction functions.

The scale has a dedicated user interface that allows its use even when the product is completely off. Just place a pan to activate the weighing function.
