Technical features

To the advantages of the cooking speed and ease of cleaning typical of induction hobs, Elica adds specific technologies, such as the double bridge function (in the ONE HP version) which allows two adjacent areas to work in a combined way for homogeneous cooking with pots of important dimensions.

The suction system, positioned in the central area, achieves high levels of performance in terms of fume collection, silence and energy efficiency (class A +). Thanks to direct communication with the hob, it is able to receive information from the cooking zones and automatically calibrate the ideal intake, allowing the person to focus only on the preparation of the food and, at the same time, optimize consumption.

Available both in the filtering version and in the suction version, the top is designed for every type of space and, thanks to a series of accessories, satisfies any installation need.

In the filtering version, the new generation high-performance ceramic odor filters are accessible from the top of the hob, making cleaning and maintenance easier.

The access grille to the grease filter and the filter itself are characterized by an exclusive design, with attention to every detail.

NikolaTesla in the ONE HP (High Performance) version includes additional functions for the cooking zones.
